A live event illustration is a fun and unique experience where I create custom fashion sketch-style portraits of your guests during your event. Each full-body illustration makes everyone feel special and excited, and it’s a great way for them to take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake!

I can usually sketch one person in about 5-7 minutes, or a couple in about 10 minutes. Of course, each event is different, so the flow may vary. Typically, for a 5-hour event, I can illustrate 45-55 guests, depending on how many are present. If I missed some people they can reach out to me for their illustration, and I’ll do their piece free of charge.

Each sketch is for one person. If you want two people in one illustration, that would count as two portraits, but only one person can take the illustration home.

Guests come to me! I’ll be stationed at my table, where I’ll take a quick photo of your guests and get to work on their illustration. All portraits are safely wrapped in protective sleeves and can be picked up at the end of the event.

I’ll need a table and a chair in a shaded area (no direct sunlight, please). The table should be about 3 feet wide to hold all the supplies and display the artwork. Guests are welcome to watch the illustration process—it’s part of the fun!

Rates vary depending on the number of guests and how many hours you’d like me to sketch. Just reach out, and we can chat about the details to create a custom quote for your event.

Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract to sign and an invoice for payment. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when the contract is signed, and the remaining balance is due the day before your event.
